Ceren Aksan's Electric Violin Trio " EVA "
BIOGRAPHY
Ceren Aksan is highly trained, electric violinist based in Istanbul. Her performances are available for worldwide events, weddings, festivals, luxury partys, concerts, meetings and organizations. Her violin shows are variable (as the choreography, timing, musics, costumes) and could be designed as event's needs.
She is the daughter of ballerina mother and tonmaister father, grandchildren of famous composer Muammer Sun. Her whole family members are artists; including musicians, composers, ballet dancers and actors. She has accepted to violin department in Hacettepe University Conservatory at the age of 9, gratuaded from it and continued to Master's degree in violin department. Upon her university graduation from violin, she start to work in academic department of conservatory, Presidental Symphonic Orchestra, Opera and Borusan Istanbul Chamber & Philharmonic Orchestra. Throughout her classical music career; she has played extensively both domestically and internationally, attended tours & concerts, recorded albums with worldwide known orchestras, conductors and soloists.
She had her first electric violin in 1999 and she start to play soloist violin in worldwide known pop, rock, electronic artists & bands and DJ's, on their albums, records, live concerts & tours. (She had worked live on stage with Vanessa Mae, Brazzaville, Mario Frangoulis, Sertab Erener, Teoman and more…) She made violin records for movie soundtracks, documentaries, television programs, TV commercials and advertisements.
She always play live on her own arranged backing tracks (her original songs and covers of classical/fusion/rock/pop/jazz/latin/electronic songs) She also play improvisations on any kind of music. She has special designed & custom made electric violins (such as swarovski plated electric violin, transperant glass electric violin with flash lights, red electric violin, black & white frame electric violin, and many more..) Her stage costumes are all designers special made for Ceren Aksan for her stage performances. Her microphone system is wireless and she is always avaliable to make her free moves on stage. Her shows are variable (as the choreography, timing, musics, costumes) and could be chosen from her catalogue or re-designed as client's & event's needs. In addition to her solo performances, she has shows with her dancers and electric strings band EVA. Her goal is to create the best musical & visual show for any kind of event and impress the audience. Her general style could be explained as: energetic, impressive, soulful, unique & entertaining.

She has been in United States, Italy, Germany, France, Greece, Bulgaria, Belgium & Holland. She made her solo violin performance in Liechtenstein Prince's Wedding in Çırağan Palace. She was on stage with Vanessa Mae for a VIP stadium concert for the president in Chechenia.

EVA performances are worldwide avaliable for events, weddings, opening, festivals, partys, concerts, meetings, luxury clubs, shows, congress, exhibitions and organizations. Our shows are variable (as choreography, timing, musics, costumes) and could be re-designed as the client's & event's needs. Our goal is to create the best show for any kind of event and impress the audience.
